General Description Wax. When mixed with its isomers (ortho and meta ), the result is a colorless, odorless liquid.
Air & Water Reactions May hydrolyze under alkaline conditions. . Insoluble in water.
Reactivity Profile Organophosphates, such as TRI-M-TOLYL PHOSPHATE, are susceptible to formation of highly toxic and flammable phosphine gas in the presence of strong reducing agents such as hydrides. Partial oxidation by oxidizing agents may result in the release of toxic phosphorus oxides.
