YTHX vulcanizing agent is designed fuse with halogenated elastomers such as chlorinated polyethylene(CPE),polyvinylchloride(PVC),ECO,CR CSM.It is supplied as yellowish powder.YTHX vulcanizing is a blend of esters of 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole.

In general,CPE compounds exhibit good resistance to oil,heat,cold ozone.The appropriate choice of vulcanization system formulating ingredients is the key to the ultimate performance cost effectivenss of CPE compunds.YTHX vulcanizing agent have been used as the cross-linker fCPE in applications requiring optimum compression set heat resistance.YTHX vulcanizing agent functions as a di-nucleophile,vulcanizing any elastomer containing replaceable halogen atoms.Because of this,many inexpensive fillers,oils,plasticizers can be used with YTHX vulcanizing agent.Valcanizing effect equate YTHX vulcanizing agent with ECHO A of U.S.A TDD of Germany.It can save production cost largely.

Storage:
It is strongly recommended that strict control of inventory be observed at all time,taking care that the oldest material is used first.Keep container closed when no in use.Store in a cool,dry,well ventilated area.Do not store near flammable materials.
